Are there any additional fees?
Our package prices are as transparent as possible. Within the packages, we use monthly bundles containing a max. number of cards, expenses as well as a max. number of transactions.
Only when exceeding the chosen bundle, do additional fees apply and these will be automatically included in the invoice. We call this fair use. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
Where are my funds kept?
All funds are held securely in a third-party account, in strict compliance with applicable European rules and regulations. The regulator and supervisor will check that the funds are safe at all times.
The secured account will only be used to pay for your business expenses via Mastercard. impledCard itself cannot access these funds. We can only view the transaction information to make it available to you in the Card Management System.
Is SimpledCard safe?
Security is central to SimpledCard. We apply the same level of supervision and regulation as you are used to from regular banks and other payment card providers.
Payment systems are subject to many compliance requirements, which are also constantly changing. We closely follow developments in legislation and regulations, in order to continuously keep our software ‘compliant’. So you don’t need to worry about that.
And because we have a thorough understanding of which internal requirements an accounting system must meet, we are able to talk to you on an equal footing.
How does SimpledCard protect my data?
We place great importance on the integrity of personal data. All data is stored in encrypted form on secure servers. We comply with the strict data storage rules laid down by the European Central Bank and Mastercard.
We see it as our duty to keep customer data secure at all times. Please see our full privacy policyfor more details.
